Sigma Academy

Sigma Academy is our in-house training programme for the people who build, inspect and manage LPG cylinders. Three structured tracks — operators, managers and engineers — run at our manufacturing sites across Africa and the Middle East.

Three training tracks

Each track combines classroom instruction with supervised work on the production line, so skills transfer directly into day-to-day practice.

Operators

Why we run our own academy

Cylinder quality is decided by the people making it. Training our own workforce in-market — rather than relying on imported expertise — is what lets us hold a consistent standard across every facility, and it is the same capability we extend to distribution partners who operate filling stations and refurbishment lines.
