Provide administrative support and office management for the CEO which includes telephone coverage, mail handling, supplies control and necessary communications internally and externally.
Resolve administrative problems and inquiries with concerned parties to ensure proper workflow.
1- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
2- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Administrative and secretarial duties.
3- MS Office – advanced level.
4- Excellent command of English, Arabic and French.
