Plan and manage the development as well as the administrative and operational management of the Human Resources Department in the country of operation in coordination with the Group HR Manager.
Lead the recruitment process of new employees.
Act as a liaison between Senior Management and the staff and advise the Country Manager on HR strategic planning.
1- Bachelor or technical degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
2- 6 years of experience in the Human Resources field with exposure to multiple HR functions at a manufacturing facility.
3- MS Office – Advance level.
4- Excellent command of English, Arabic and French is a plus.
